陶瓷级CMC
CMC在陶瓷生产中，用于陶瓷胚体、釉浆和花釉中。用于胚体时推荐加量为0.03-0.2％，用于釉浆时推荐加量为0.05-0.2％，用于花釉时推荐加量为1.4-4.0％。

一． 在陶瓷坯体中应用。
1. 用量少, 泥沙料的塑性和生坯抗折强度提高效果明显.
2. 烧失性好, 灼烧后无残渣
3. 悬浮性和分散性强, 可防止瘠性原料颗粒聚沉.
4. 抗机械磨损能力强, 在球磨及机械搅拌过程中分子链破坏少.
Application in ceramic body
1. Small usage, improve the mouldability of mud and sand material and the folding strength if the green body obviously.
2. The igniton loss is good, no residue after buring.
3. Good suspending and spreading property can avoid the coagulation of raw materials.
4. Strong resistance to mechanical wear, during ball-milling or mechanical stirring, few molecular will be broken.
二． 在陶瓷釉浆中应用
1. 分散性和保护胶体的性能优良， 能使釉浆处于稳定的分散状态。
2. 有效提高釉料表面张力, 防止水从釉料扩散致坯体中, 增加釉面平滑度.
3. 低用量条件下, 有效调节釉浆流变性, 便于施釉.
4. 改善坯釉结合性能, 显著提高釉面强度, 防止脱釉.
5. 釉面细腻度高, 釉浆稳定.
Applications in glazing pulp
1. Excellent in spreading and colloid protecting, it can make the glazing pulp in a stable dispersed status.
2. Enhance the surface tension of the glaze materials, prevent water spreading into the base, increase the smoothness f the glaze.
3. It can adjust the flowing property of the glazing pulp just in small usage, easy for glazing .
4. Improve the binding ability of the base, increase the intensity of the glaze surface significantly and prevent glaze dropping off.
5. The smoothness of the glaze surface is fine, and the glazing pulp is stable.
三．在陶瓷花釉中应用。
1. 耐酸耐碱性能优良, 透网性好, 有效降低擦网次数, 减少色差产生.
2. 流变性好, 印刷流畅, 无不溶物.
Applications in decoration
1. Good resistance to acid and alkali, smooth in filtration, lower the filter washing frequency and reduce the color difference.
